Survey on Return to School in the Fall

Survey on Return to School in the Fall
Posted on 06/19/2020
As we look forward to the 2020-21 school year, we want to hear from our families. We are in an incredibly fluid situation. Concern over COVID-19 will continue to affect multiple aspects of our educational offerings as we head into the summer and throughout the next school year.

As a result, we are preparing for several different scenarios this fall which include fully in-person learning, online/virtual learning (some in person and some online/virtual learning days), and fully online/virtual learning.

We have all learned a lot from our experiences with Distance Learning during the recent school building closures and understand that there are areas that need to be addressed to offer truly engaging online/virtual learning experiences for our students.

To that end, we have a representative workgroup that is currently addressing the areas in need of improvement to support engaging, high-quality online/virtual learning going forward.

We invite you to take a few minutes to complete our parent/guardian survey to help guide our planning to safely reopen schools during this public health emergency.

The survey is also available over the phone in multiple languages from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. on June 22-26, 2020.

For Hmong, please call (920) 585-8542
For Spanish, please call (920) 585-0783

Completing this survey does NOT commit your student to any particular learning plan for the 2020-21 school year.

Translated surveys will be shared on June 22, 2020.
