Summer Interim Course List, Timeline and Important Dates - Registration Opens March 13

If you're considering taking summer courses through eSchool, here are some things to keep in mind:

The free summer interim session lasts for six weeks, from June 10 - July 22, 2024, giving you plenty of time to earn credits and stay on track for graduation. 

Most courses are asynchronous, which means you can work on them at your own pace and on your own schedule. This flexibility can be especially helpful if you have other commitments during the summer.

The course list is diverse and includes both core and elective courses. Select Appleton eSchool courses are available to incoming 9th – 12th grade students. Students may take one 0.5 credit course during interim, qualifying students may take up to two 0.5 credit courses during interim. Qualifying students have current or past proven success online with eSchool, WCA and no failing (F, WF, etc) grades.

Wait-lists will be utilized as courses reach registration capacity.

Students must successfully complete the Summer Interim Online Orientation Mini-Course to be enrolled into their requested interim course. Students must successfully complete the final exam requirements to earn credit for the course.

Last summer, over 500 students completed an online course during the summer interim session.

Perhaps most impressively, the program had a success rate of over 96% in 2023. This means that the vast majority of students who enrolled in courses were able to successfully complete them and earn credit.

Overall, eSchool's summer interim program offers a great opportunity for students to continue their education and make progress towards their goals, all while enjoying the flexibility and convenience of online learning.
